Behind the person is the Infinite Self. In Satsang you discover this. ~ Mooji
This 3-day Online Weekend Retreat with Mooji is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the energy-field of Satsang through the guidance and presence of a great spiritual Master.
Mooji introduces the direct path to freedom through self-inquiry and the Invitation, which is proving to be one of the most effective aids for true and lasting Self-discovery. During Satsang, Mooji guides, challenges and responds to questioners with wisdom, love, humour and searing honesty. Through Mooji’s presence and direct pointings to Truth, the unfading love, joy and peace that so many are searching for are revealed to be our very nature and Self.
In this online-only format, participants join via Live Broadcast on Mooji TV. Every Satsang a smaller group of participants is selected by lottery to join via Zoom (a different platform), where they have the opportunity to bring forward their burning questions by writing letters and engaging with Mooji.
Participating in this Online Retreat with Mooji is a compelling invitation to all who are called to discovering this timeless Truth. Welcome!
This Online Retreat with Mooji is for those who are genuinely drawn to Self-discovery. This environment is not for the merely curious, but for those who have a sincere and wholehearted commitment to Self-discovery. Each participant is asked to follow these guidelines which are in place to facilitate your awakening.
You agree to have your image and voice recorded and possibly used for the sharing of Satsang on DVD, mp3 and on the Internet. All recorded material will be used to serve Satsang only. Images of all individuals will be treated with the utmost sensitivity and respect.
The retreat begins on Friday with the Welcome and Retreat Opening with Mooji. This is followed by five Satsangs and a Guided Meditation over the rest of the weekend. Satsangs vary in length, typically running for 1.5 hours, and occasionally longer.

Making the most of this opportunity
An Online Retreat is also more than just the scheduled Satsangs. It is highly recommended that you arrange quiet, contemplative time and space for yourself whenever possible. This greatly supports you making the most of your opportunity. You can find some additional suggestions in the General section of the FAQs.
Live Broadcast on Mooji TV
The online retreat will be offered via Live Internet Broadcast through Mooji TV and Mooji’s entire focus is with those joining this retreat online.
Zoom Call with Mooji
In addition to those joining on broadcast, a smaller group of participants will join each Satsang via Zoom. Moojibaba will read and respond to letters from the Zoom call participants, and may also speak with someone in the call. The Zoom call participants are chosen by lottery and include those who have submitted letters with their burning questions, doubts or testimonies regarding Self-discovery.
Similar to a physical retreat setting with Mooji, those watching these exchanges on the broadcast benefit greatly from Moojibaba’s universal answers that guide us into the direct experience of Truth.
Please Note: Due to technical limitations, not everyone will have a chance to join a Zoom call. Those wishing to join a Zoom call can enter the lottery after registering. It is possible to join the lottery for the Zoom call with or without writing a letter for Moojibaba.
Technical Requirements
These are our suggested technical specifications for joining the broadcasts:
Internet Connection: 5-10mbps download speed is recommended. You can check your connection at Fast.
System Requirements: Windows 7 or higher, Mac OS X 10.6 or higher.
Supported desktop browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari 8 or higher, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge. Note: We recommend using Google Chrome as it seems to have the least technical difficulties.
Supported mobile browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari (iOS), Android native browser (Samsung devices only)
Please note that Smart TV browsers are not supported at this time.
If you are selected by lottery to join a Zoom meeting, the same requirements above apply. Additionally, we recommend that you:
The retreat is in English, and live translation is available in French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish for the broadcast only. (See below for note about Portuguese). We will not be able to offer translation for those joining the Zoom call, or for technical support. It is possible to submit letters in the above languages and our team will translate them. However, the letter writers would watch on the broadcast, not join on Zoom, as we cannot offer live translation on Zoom.
More information in each of the translated languages can be found by clicking the languages at the top of the page.
This translation service is being lovingly offered by non-professional interpreters joining online from around the world. Offering live translations in this way is quite new for us, and the quality may vary.
It is helpful for some participants to listen to Satsang in their native language, however there is always the possibility that some of Mooji’s words or meaning is missing or not translated perfectly. Naturally, Mooji’s own, unfiltered words are the highest and most powerful transmission, but many have benefitted deeply from listening to the live translation.
“There are no dialogues in the world.
It is all a divine monologue.
For in reality there are not two.
There is only the single reality
in its appearance as many.”
~ Mooji
Registration is via Mooji TV

Participating as a Group or Family
If you are watching the retreat with others and not everyone is purchasing their own ticket, please consider donating to support the worldwide sharing of Satsang. Your donations are very much appreciated.
A silent retreat is not a spiritual novelty, but a powerful aid to plunging inside the ocean of one’s own being. Embrace this opportunity with earnestness and trust. This is your chance.
~ Mooji
Satsang means ‘association with the highest Truth’ and refers to a gathering of people who are searching for who or what they truly are at the deepest level. Satsang often takes place in the presence of an awakened teacher or master. Seekers will ask questions and the master will respond to clear up any doubts, misunderstandings or apparent obstacles. Satsang, Self-inquiry and ‘An Invitation to Freedom’ are all powerful aids to discovering your true nature and timeless freedom. A lasting discovery of Truth is often referred to as self-realisation, enlightenment or awakening. More information can be found on the Satsang page.
We encourage everyone to attend all the sessions of the retreat, however if this is not possible, the recordings are available to stream or download for 6 months after the event. Steaming is possible shortly after the end of each Satsang, and downloads will be available within 2 weeks after the end of the retreat.
As much as possible throughout the retreat, move quietly with your attention resting in silent awareness. Some suggestions that you may wish to consider:
– Preparing your space can contribute greatly to the atmosphere. For example, a clean and quiet space where you are comfortable and undisturbed can be supportive.
– Take a moment to consider how to be free from distractions and interruptions. Eg. turn off your phone; close apps and other tabs on the computer; where possible, let friends and family know that you would prefer not to be disturbed
– The time you spend prior to and after Satsang is of utmost importance to allow the pointings to settle deeply inside your heart. Sitting quietly at these times can be very powerful, even if it is just for 10 minutes.
– Keep your attention focused inwards throughout the retreat even while engaging in necessary practical daily activities and interactions.
– Arrange some quiet contemplative time, and avoid unnecessary distractions throughout the retreat, such as watching movies/tv, browsing social media etc.
The most important requirement is a sincere and wholehearted commitment to self-discovery. While it is recommended to have plenty of time for contemplation, and a calm and peaceful space to join the retreat, it is still possible to benefit greatly from the retreat in other circumstances. Our suggestion would be to be as present as possible during the Satsangs (live or recorded), and to avoid any unnecessary additional activities other than what is required of you.
During the retreat, Mooji will mostly take written questions, and may call on those who have joined the Zoom call for that Satsang (in English only). Those who wish to ask Mooji a question can fill in the Join on Zoom form (available after registration) and put their question in the ‘Question for Mooji’ field.
Before each Satsang, a number of questions are printed, and these questioners are invited to join that Satsang on Zoom. During Satsang, Moojibaba may read these letters, or call on participants in the Zoom call who have been selected by lottery. (Please see the Zoom Call FAQ section below for more information about the lottery.)
Zoom invitation emails will be sent out by 23:30 (UTC) every evening to those that have been selected by the lottery to invite them to the Zoom call the next day.
Letters in French, Italian, Spanish and Russian: It is possible to write letters to Mooji in these languages and our team will translate them. However, if a translated letter is read by Mooji, the writer will be watching on broadcast (not on Zoom), because translation is not possible on Zoom call due to technical limitations.
The retreat is in English, and live translation is available in French, Italian, Russian and Spanish for the broadcast only. (See below for note about Portuguese). We will not be able to offer translation for those joining on Zoom, or for technical support.

A note about translation into Portuguese: Despite our sincere intention to offer Portuguese translation for events, we are unable to commit to offering it this time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are exploring solutions and will provide an update here and to our Portuguese email subscribers by 8 January. You can join the Portuguese mailing list here.
Uma nota sobre a tradução para o português: Apesar da nossa sincera intenção de oferecer tradução para o português nos eventos, nós não conseguiremos nos comprometer a oferecer esse serviço desta vez devido a imprevistos. Zoom is a video and audio conferencing platform that allows calls for groups of people. The free account offered by Zoom is sufficient to participate in this retreat. You can find out more about Zoom here.
No, most participants will watch each Satsang via the Live Broadcast on Mooji TV. During Satsang, a smaller, changing group of participants will be in a Zoom call with Mooji. Much like in a physical retreat, most of the retreat participants are being guided through Mooji’s universal exchanges with questioners that come forward.
A smaller, changing group of participants will join each Satsang via Zoom, while the rest of the participants watch a live broadcast via Mooji TV. To enter the lottery to join this Zoom call with Moojibaba, please fill in the Join on Zoom form made available to you after registering for the retreat. Each Zoom call will include participants who have sent in a written question for Mooji and participants selected by lottery from the Join on Zoom pool.
Only participants who have indicated that they would like to be on a Zoom call by filling in this form will be placed in the lottery.
Invitation emails will be sent out by 23:30 (UTC) every evening to those that have been selected by the lottery to invite them to the Zoom call the next day.
Please see the previous question to find out how to enter the lottery to join the Satsang Zoom call.
Participants for the retreat will be given access to online materials that guide you on how to install and connect to meetings with Zoom. We ask that all participants who wish to join the Zoom call do a test meeting with a friend to ensure you are comfortable with the settings. For those who are still struggling, we will host a ‘practice’ session where you can join a Zoom call with our team who can help you with any difficulties you are having.
Please note: we can only offer technical support in English. Also, given the number of people connecting, we will be unable to offer technical support during Satsang itself.
We are taking care to ensure that the Zoom calls are configured in a way that ensures a good retreat experience for everyone. People will not be able to interrupt, and will only be able to speak if called upon. Extra features such as chat and screen share will be disabled to avoid unnecessary noise and interruptions.
Please try refreshing the page and closing / re-opening your browser. If you are having consistent issues trying to watch the stream, please try switching to Google Chrome web browser.
If you are experiencing recurring buffering, please make sure your internet connection is fast enough to support streaming: www.speedtest.net (should be at least 1.5 Mbps download)
If you have a slower internet connection, please try lowering the playback resolution by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.
Wherever possible, connect to internet using a cable rather than WiFi
If you have confirmed your connection is fine and you have been able to watch the stream successfully so far, the problem may be on our end. We will be working to fix the issue and you can send an email to info@mooji.tv to let us know what is happening for you.
If you have not been able to establish a connection to the stream at all, please take a screenshot and send it to us at info@mooji.tv
Live Satsang is usually broadcast with two or more different quality streams. You can adjust the quality setting in the lower right corner of the player. Select the highest quality that your internet bandwidth can handle.
If you are hearing an echo, it is possible you have the retreat open in multiple browser tabs or windows.
If you cannot hear any sound, please make sure you don’t have the player or your computer sound muted.
