Internet Connection: 5-10mbps download speed is recommended. You can check your connection at Fast.
Supported desktop browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge. Note: We recommend using Google Chrome as it seems to have the least technical difficulties.
Supported mobile browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari (iOS), Android native browser (Samsung devices only)
Please note that Smart TV browsers are not supported at this time.
If you join a Satsang on Zoom, the same requirements above apply. Additionally, we recommend that you:
- Download the latest version of Zoom software for free here
- Test your audio and camera on Zoom here
- Join using a computer (PC or Mac) instead of a mobile device / tablet
- Connect with headphones that have an in-built microphone
