Contact Us

You are welcome to contact us through this contact form. We also greatly value your feedback and invite you to use our Feedback Form for this.

Please be aware the contact form is not for sending satsang questions, letters or personal meeting requests for Moojibaba, and the team cannot respond to letters of this nature. Thank you for your understanding.

Here are some FAQs that may help you find what you are looking for more easily.

What is satsang, self-inquiry and the Invitation?

Satsang means ‘association with the highest Truth’ and refers to a gathering of people who are searching for who or what they truly are at the deepest level. Satsang often takes place in the presence of an awakened teacher or master. Seekers will ask questions and the master will respond to clear up any doubts, misunderstandings or apparent obstacles. Satsang, Self-inquiry and ‘An Invitation to Freedom’ are all powerful aids to discovering your true nature and timeless freedom. A lasting discovery of Truth is often referred to as self-realisation, enlightenment or awakening.

More information can be found on the Satsang page.

How can I be in Satsang with Mooji?

Satsang with Mooji is offered in various ways:

  • Retreats and live events with Mooji are announced on our Schedule page as soon as they are confirmed. You can also sign up for our News & Events mailing list if you would like to hear from us directly.
  • An extensive, freely available video library of Satsangs is available for all on Mooji TV.
  • Our subscription service, Sahaja Express, offers several potent Satsang releases each week, including spontaneous talks and special content.
  • Satsang is also available in books by Mooji, and through a range of other satsang offerings such as Guided Meditations in the Mooji Sangha Shop.

If you would like to connect with others to watch Satsang with Mooji, there may be a Sangha group in your area. Please see Sangha Groups for more information and a full list of locations around the world.

What are the official Mooji channels and websites?

These are the official websites and channels that are maintained under the guidance of Moojibaba.

There are also a number of unofficial pages online shared from a love and gratitude for Mooji’s pointings. Please be aware that we cannot ensure that everything published online in Mooji’s name is true to his guidance and essence, and as with all online content, we advise you to use your discernment. Some unofficial sites and services may ask for a donation or contribution that does not come to Associação Mooji Sangha, Mooji Foundation Ltd, and affiliates.

If you have doubts about a product or service in Mooji’s name, please send us a message below.

I have a question, feedback, or am having an issue with Mooji.org or Mooji.tv

Thank you for reaching out. Please send us a message below with detailed information, including any relevant links.

I would like to interview Mooji

Moojibaba occasionally does interviews when the intention and focus is in connection with Satsang and the schedule allows. You can send your request to the team using the message box below. To help us understand your request, it is helpful that you briefly include the following:

  • How did you come to know about Mooji and why would you like to interview him?
  • The topic and estimated length of the interview, and some sample questions if you have them.
  • What is the preferred interview format? (online/in-person, live/recorded, video/audio/written etc.)
  • Where would the interview be released?
  • Is there a timing to be aware of, like a release date by which the interview would need to happen, or is it open?

Thank you very much for providing these details. We will get back to you as soon as we can, however, please know that we receive many requests and that this may take some time.

Can I invite Mooji to an event?

We understand and truly appreciate that many would like Moojibaba to offer Satsang and attend events happening around the world, both physically and online. Please know that in recent years, Moojibaba has not felt drawn to travel much and is also not likely to do much travel in the future. These days, he also rarely joins events outside of our own online retreats that are dedicated entirely to Satsang. If you still wish to submit an invitation, you can send us a message below with the details.

How can I ask Mooji a Satsang question?

Mooji favours the immediacy of Satsang to respond to genuine and burning questions about freedom. Addressing questions in Satsang supports and benefits many who may have the same or a similar question. Due to the current world situation, Satsang events are offered online. Moojibaba answers some of the questions by calling on participants in Zoom.

Outside of an online retreat setting, Moojibaba is not able to read or respond to individual letters or questions, due to the volume of requests. You can read some powerful pointers about this here.

There is also a vast and growing library of freely available satsangs on Mooji TV, with many questions having been answered over the years. You may like to use the Search function and Topics drop-down to help you find what you’re looking for.

Can I speak with Mooji privately or send him an email?

We receive many requests to speak with Mooji privately, and understand the natural urge to meet him in this way. While Moojibaba loves to hear from his Sangha, it has become an overwhelming and near impossible task trying to keep up with the volume of individual letters and messages coming in. In fact, he recently himself asked not to be sent individual letters or requests, and shares some powerful pointers on this topic here.

We can also suggest for you to consider the online events, where Moojibaba answers questions by calling on some of the participants in Zoom. Any new events are posted on the Schedule page, or you can sign up to the mailing list to be notified when new events are announced.

Can I send Mooji a letter or gift by post?

While Mooji receives your love and appreciates your kind gestures, he prefers that you do not send him gifts as he has all that he needs. Also, he lives in a very small hut and is very content with what he has been graced with. He says the greatest gift you could offer is to follow his guidance earnestly until you awaken to your true and eternal nature. You can also read some powerful pointers here about the urge to send individual letters and requests.

If you feel to offer a gift, donations are most gratefully received to help make Satsang accessible to the many beings who love and follow his teachings. If you wish to donate or to find out more, please visit the Donate page.

When is the next event with Mooji? Is he coming to my country soon?

The full list of Satsang events with Mooji can be found on the Schedule page. As soon as an event is confirmed it is posted on this page, including events in other countries. If you would like to receive news and events updates, you can subscribe to our mailing list here.

If you can’t see the recordings in your library, please make sure you are logged into the correct email address you used for the initial purchase.

I cannot afford to attend a retreat at the moment. Do you offer concessions?

Concession places are available for those who are unable to attend an event at the full price for financial reasons. When an event is offered, more information can be found on the event page. You can check the Schedule page for upcoming events.

Do you offer translation for retreats with Mooji?

Events are offered in English, and live translation is often available in several languages, such as French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. Occasionally we are also able to offer other languages. As the languages change, please check each event for more information about which languages are being offered.

This translation service is being lovingly offered by non-professional interpreters joining online from around the world. It is helpful for some participants to listen to Satsang in their native language, however there is always the possibility that some of Mooji’s words or meaning is missing or not translated perfectly. Naturally, Mooji’s own, unfiltered words are the highest and most powerful transmission, but many have benefitted deeply from listening to the live translation.

Can I ask Mooji a question during events?

During retreats, Mooji mostly takes written questions. Those who wish to ask Mooji a question can submit a letter after registration, and some are usually read in each Satsang. Although not every letter is answered individually, each one is read by the team and received in the Heart. Many have found that even if their question is not read in Satsang, Moojibaba’s answers are universal and always pointing to the highest Truth, and they receive their answer in this way.

Can I access Sahaja Express from all of my devices?

You can watch Sahaja Express on your PC, laptop, smartphone, and tablet. You can also cast to your TV using Chromecast, but we do not offer support for watching on Smart TV browsers. If you wish to watch on your TV and casting is not an option, we would recommend connecting your computer, phone or tablet to the TV using an HDMI cable.

In case the download link does not open in Safari, we suggest using a different browser like Google Chrome or FireFox.

Please note the link you received is for a zipped file. If you are using a device other than a computer such as a smartphone or tablet you may need to download an appropriate app to unzip zipped files such as iZArc and iZip for apple and WinZip for android.

If you are using a windows computer and are having trouble downloading, it may be that your security software is blocking your download.

The emails with links are sent automatically to the email address you entered in your shop account. Please check if your email address is correct, and also check your spam folder. If you still encounter difficulties with downloading, please contact us using the message box below.

How do I transfer mp3 files from my computer to my iPhone or mobile device?

It is possible to download the files on multiple devices. The easiest way to put files on your mobile device is by opening your email with the download link on that device and downloading the files directly there.

On older iPhones, it is sometimes not possible to download directly. There are different ways to transfer files to your iPhone; here is one option: Download the files onto your computer. They will likely be ‘zipped’. Unzip the files (there are many free programs you can find online, eg 7-zip for Windows, or iZip for Mac). Open iTunes (or Music) on your computer. Select “File menu”, then choose “Add to Library”, and select the unzipped files. Now sync iTunes on your iPhone, and the files should be available there.

How do I add the files to my iTunes library?

If you have a computer and wish to add the files to your iTunes library, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the download link in your email to download the file onto your computer (if you ordered several files please download one by one and wait for it to finish the download before clicking on it, or clicking on the next link)
  2. Unzip the file (with the help of one of the many free programs you can find online, e.g. 7-zip for Windows, or iZip for Mac)
  3. In iTunes on your computer select “File menu”, then choose “Add to Library”, and select the mp3 files
  4. Sync your iPhone with iTunes.

What kind of file format is the ebook?

The most popular formats for ebooks are mobi and epub. Both formats are offered when you buy an ebook from us.

How do I know if my ebook reader needs the mobi or the epub file?

You can find out online or in your user manual which file your reader uses. Amazon Kindle uses mobi files. Apple Books, Google Play Books, Sony Reader, Kobo and Barnes & Noble Nook all use epub files. When you purchase an ebook here, we provide both epub and mobi files so you will have a compatible file for your specific reader.

What if I don’t have an ebook reader device?

You don’t need an ebook reader device to read an ebook. You can access ebooks on your computer or mobile devices like smartphones through programs that read ebooks.

An example is the Kindle application (software) that allows you to read mobi ebooks and is available on Amazon as a free download (you need to have an Amazon account). There are also free epub reader applications. These applications are usually compatible with many types of devices, eg PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android phones or tablets so you can read ebooks on whichever device or computer you have.

I have the ebook file on my computer. How do I move it to my mobile device?

There are many ways to move files to mobile devices, which also vary because of the number of types of devices and ebook readers. An easy way is to open your email with the download link on your mobile device and download it directly onto your device. If you have a Kindle, you can also connect the Kindle to your computer, and then click and drag the file directly into the device.

I have downloaded the ebook file onto my computer. How do I open it?

You will need to download and install an app to be able to read ebooks on your computer or phone. When you have downloaded and installed the app, and also downloaded the ebook, if you double-click on the ebook file on your computer, it should automatically open in the app. Please also read ‘What if I don’t have an ebook reader device?’ above.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit , Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.

My payment is not going through

There are a number of reasons why a payment might fail; these are some of the most common solutions:

  • Check your account balance to ensure you have sufficient funds.
  • Try entering your details again to be sure they were entered correctly.
  • Check if you have permission to make payments outside your country.
  • The internet server timed out. If it took some time to complete an order, the system may detect this as an error. In this case, you would need to go through the payment process again.
  • If you are paying with PayPal, if your PayPal details are not identical to your Mooji Sangha Shop account details, occasionally the payment does not go through. If this is the case, you will need to update your Mooji Sangha Shop account details to match your PayPal details (or vice versa).

If you have other payment issues with PayPal, please contact PayPal directly. Log into your account to find the PayPal ‘Contact Us’ page.

You can also contact your bank, who can give you information  why your payment could not be processed. They can also unblock cards to allow payments to companies based outside of the issuing country.

I want to change my email or postal address

If you have recently placed an order, please use the text box below to send us a message with your new address, so we can help you with this.

If you would like to update your billing or shipping address, you can do so by logging into your shop account and clicking the ‘Addresses’ section on the left hand side.

Can I visit or live in Monte Sahaja?

We appreciate the natural urge to visit Monte Sahaja, and we receive many more heart-felt queries than we are able to invite—over the past 25 years Moojibaba’s presence and pointings have deeply touched many thousands of lives. We feel it is important to convey that it is not necessary (even for long term students) to visit Monte Sahaja to benefit fully from Moojibaba’s guidance, as the online retreats and many other offerings are such powerful aides to full self-realisation.

Moojibaba himself shared that some of his most evolved students have never been to Monte Sahaja physically and he continues to be in deep inner connection with each of them and they know this.  Currently in Monte Sahaja, Moojibaba is finding himself drawn to working more closely with smaller groups of earnest seekers who are deeply connected with his teachings and are ripe to be in abidance as the limitless Self. At the moment, this is felt to be in the highest service to the overall sangha field, as the power of these talks can be equally shared with all those following earnestly around the world.

We are currently pausing applications to visit as Moojibaba is taking some time for rest. Please know that it is not possible to visit Monte Sahaja in any way without an invitation (including day visits as we are not a ‘drop-in’ center).

We encourage all those drawn to Satsang to make full use of the many online resources, including Sahaja Express and the free media on Mooji TV. You can also keep an eye on our Schedule page for upcoming events or sign up for our mailing list to stay updated. If you would like to connect with others in your area who are in Satsang, you may like to take a look at the Sangha Groups page.

I have not received an invitation, can I still visit Monte Sahaja?

It is not possible to visit Monte Sahaja without an invitation. Invitations are extended to some of Moojibaba’s many dedicated students who have been in Satsang for a long period of time, have a genuine spiritual heart connection with Moojibaba, and are ripe to be in a state of abidance with these pointings. However, please know that it is not necessary (even for long term students) to visit Monte Sahaja to benefit fully from Moojibaba’s presence and pointings, as the online retreats and other offerings are such powerful aides to full self-realisation.

Moojibaba himself shared that some of his most evolved students have never been to Monte Sahaja physically and he continues to be in deep inner connection with each of them and they know this.

I want to visit or move to the area

Coming to the area does not imply coming to Monte Sahaja. Please know that it is not possible to visit Monte Sahaja in any way without an invitation. Sahaja is not a ‘drop-in’ centre, nor is it for those who are new to Satsang. We are currently inviting small groups of dedicated, long-term students periodically throughout the year. If you are anyhow moving to the area please get in touch with us below.

What is a Mooji Sangha Group?

Mooji Sangha Groups started out spontaneously many years ago as those following Mooji’s guidance naturally felt to gather and watch Satsang together. Sangha groups now come together in many countries around the world to be immersed in the energy field of Satsang. They have found and shared that gathering with others who are following the teachings of Moojibaba and watching Satsang together creates a powerful contemplative space. More information can be found on the Mooji Sangha Groups page.

How can I find out if there is a Sangha Group in my area?

You can find a full list of Sangha groups registered around the world at Mooji Sangha Groups. If you wish to start a Sangha group or for more information, you are welcome to send us a message below.

Can I help in some way? Can I do seva?

Seva is a sanskrit word that means ‘selfless service’, and refers to actions performed without any expectation of reward or outcome. Currently there are several areas where it may be possible to offer seva from home in your own time:

Transcribing: this involves listening to Mooji’s words and carefully writing what is spoken. It requires very good English and attention to detail.

Translating and subtitling: this involves translating Mooji’s words into a given language, and then adding this to the video using special captioning software. It requires good language skills in both English and the target language, as well as some technical skill or ability to learn these.

English captions:
this involves adding captions to videos in English using captioning software. It requires good English skills as well as some technical skills or ability to learn these.

If you would like to offer seva in any of the above areas, you can send us a message using the box below. Please include the type of seva you would like to offer and share a little about yourself, such as why you would like to do seva, the nature of you connection with Mooji and Satsang, any relevant experience, and anything else you feel to share.

Do you have jobs? / Do you have any open positions?

Currently we do not have any open positions. If any positions open up, they will be shown on the website.

I have a question relating to physical or mental health

While Satsang can be beneficial in many ways, it is not a replacement for any therapy or other medical treatment or diagnosis, and we are not able to advise on matters of health. Please note that if you are currently receiving or have previously received any medical treatment or therapy for issues related to mental health, being in Satsang may not be suitable for you. More information can be found here.

I am experiencing emotional, energetic or psychological distress

There can be many reasons for emotional, energetic and psychological experiences and distress. If there is a struggle with these, some additional help may be needed. We are not able to advise on matters of health, and in some cases getting the advice of a medical professional can be helpful as they may rule out or support with physiological or psychological reasons for these experiences. If you are concerned about your emotional, energetic or psychological well-being, we strongly urge you to contact a medical health professional.

Please also know that our focus is not kundalini experiences, and we also cannot advise on these.

You can find out more about Satsang and Mental health on our Physical & Mental Well-being page.

It is very helpful that you include the details of your request, such as what you would like to use and where, along with any samples or links if you have them. We also very much appreciate hearing about how you came to know about Mooji, and your connection with him and Satsang.

Can I use “The Invitation to Freedom” as part of my project, sessions, retreat, class etc.?

The Invitation is a simple yet powerful and integral part of Satsang with Mooji. It has evolved over the course of many years of Satsang as a distilled and focused presentation of Moojibaba’s essential pointing and is supported by every other aspect of Satsang. We therefore ask that people don’t share The Invitation as part of their own projects or work, as it is not a stand-alone exercise to be shared or taught as a kind of technique or method out of the bigger context of Satsang with Moojibaba.

I am having trouble with the website

Please describe your issue below, and if possible include a photo / screenshot. See how to take a screenshot here.

My download link doesn’t seem to work. What can I do?

In case the download link does not open in Safari, we suggest using a different browser like Google Chrome or FireFox.

Please note the link you received is for a zipped file. If you are using a device other than a computer such as a smartphone or tablet you may need to download an appropriate app to unzip zipped files such as iZArc and iZip for apple and WinZip for android.

If you are using a windows computer and are having trouble downloading, it may be that your security software is blocking your download.

Where can I find my downloadable package? I didn’t get the email with the link

The emails with links are sent automatically to the email address you entered in your shop account. Please check if your email address is correct, and also check your spam folder. If it is not there, it might be that your mail provider is filtering your emails. Please add the email address no-reply-shop [at] mooji.org as a contact to ensure your emails reach you in the future. After adding this email address to your contacts, send us a message using the message box below, so we can resend your email.

You can also access your downloads by logging into your account on the Mooji Sangha Shop website.

I purchased a downloadable but it is not fully downloading

Occasionally, when someone clicks the download link, the download doesn’t automatically begin, or the download starts but doesn’t complete. Changing your browser usually solves this issue (eg if you are using Safari, use Google Chrome or another browser instead). Please also check if your internet connection is good.

I’m hearing an echo or no sound, what’s wrong?

If you are hearing an echo, it is possible you have the broadcast open in multiple browser tabs or windows. If you cannot hear any sound, please make sure you don’t have the player or your computer sound muted.

The image is fuzzy / pixelated, what can I do?

We usually broadcast with two or more different quality streams. You can adjust the quality setting in the lower right corner of the player. Select the highest quality that your internet bandwidth can handle.

The stream is buffering / not loading, what can I do?

Please try refreshing the page and closing / re-opening your browser. If you are having consistent issues trying to watch the stream, please try switching to Google Chrome web browser.

If you are experiencing recurring buffering, please make sure your internet connection is fast enough to support streaming: www.speedtest.net (should be at least 1.5 Mbps download) If you have a slower internet connection, please try lowering the playback resolution by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.

Wherever possible, connect to the internet using a cable rather than WiFi

If you have confirmed your connection is fine and you have been able to watch the stream successfully so far, the problem may be on our end. We will be working to fix the issue and you can send an email using the message box below to let us know what is happening for you. If you have not been able to establish a connection to the stream at all, please take a screenshot and send it to us.

I click on the recordings but they don’t play

We are sorry that you are having this issue. Please try the following:

  • Try watching on Google Chrome and see if this helps
  • Delete your cookies and browsing history from your browser
  • See if it works on a different device.

If you are still having trouble, please take a screenshot and send it to us using the message box below along with an explanation of what you have tried so far.
