This Vastness Is Your Being

In response to a message from a student asking for help, Moojibaba offers a profound guidance using the very simple and relatable metaphor of the sky to illustrate the essence of our own Being.

“If you look up at the sky — all there is, is this vastness.
And there may be effects happening in the sky: stars, moon, sun, clouds…
Everything is floating by. Nothing sticks to the vastness.

The mind and the person are like clouds floating by, taking different forms and shapes, like all the effects that come in and from the sky.

Everything that appears, nothing sticks.
Without the vastness, none of this has any meaning at all.
This vastness is your Being.”
