The sense, sound or vibration ‘I am’ is the first born— the first name and vibration emanating from the Supreme One. Leaving aside all ‘otherness’ and merging the attention in the ‘I am’ presence inside the heart, sentient beings attain lasting freedom from the binding chains of delusion.
